But where the hell does it come from? Who started this craze? Who are these two men and what is their story ?! We need ANSWERS. So, before you go crazy, here’s exactly where the two guys in a bus meme started, how it became a viral meme, and some of the best examples.

So here’s exactly where it came from. According to Know Your Meme, the original image is actually a cartoon by a professional artist. Brazilian designer Genildo Ronchi uploaded the design to his website in 2013, naming it: “As vezes só depende de nós”. It translates into English as “Sometimes it’s up to us”. The original version has text at the top of the image that reads: “Escolha o Lado Feliz da Viva!” or “Choose the happy side of life!” “

Now on his site, the cartoonist has shared articles and articles about his artistic work that has gone viral. It’s very, very healthy.
