Showrunner for Clutch and CEO, Pocket Aces co-founder Aditi Shrivastava was delighted to share, “The marriage between intellectual property of entertainment (whether movies or shows) and merchandise is extremely well developed internationally, but still fairly nascent in India. We’re trying to kick this off here with the goal of giving our audience high quality memories of their favorite shows and characters. We are experimenting with different merchandise models for our popular shows such as Little things and Clutch, and we are happy to see such an incredible reception for it. The charity auction model we adopted with Clutch is particularly close to my heart – sport as a sector is quite underfunded in India, and since then Clutch is a sports drama, the Just For Kicks program was the perfect way to give back.
